This summer, the Queensboro Dance Festival returns for its 12th season, celebrating the vibrant cultural fabric of Queens through the art of dance. With events scheduled throughout the borough, the festival kicks off in June 2025 with an exciting lineup of free performances, workshops, and community parties.

June 7 – Season Opening Event in Jackson Heights
The festival kicks off with a block-wide celebration in Jackson Heights featuring over 20 Queens-based dance companies. This all-day event includes three time blocks of performances and lessons at different pedestrian plazas along 34th Avenue, culminating at Travers Park.

June 22 – Class Xchange #1: Ecuadorian & Indian Dance Workshops in LIC

June 28 – Plaza Party at MoMA PS1 in Long Island City
